    • A prepaid return shipping label for customers in the United States and Canada.

    • For international orders (outside the US and Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Ship Your Item: Please ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We aim to ensure all returns are fair and consistent. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout. (If an error occurs, contact us immediately before the order ships so we can correct it.)

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
